Property can be accessed from the upper street entrance and just one flight of stairs down to the unit, or accessed directly from the lower street level parking area, with 60 stairs to the unit.

This unit can be rented seperately as a 2 bedroom unit, a 3 bedroom unit, or rented together with Casa de Tranquilidad to be either a 4 or 5 bedroom unit.
