This Puerto Vallarta Rental Home has a huge terrace with lush gardens and a spacious heated pool overlooking the Bahia de Banderas and PV's town. Exquisite architectural details such as floating basins, mosaic tiles and punched tin shutters juxtaposed with a mix of contemporary and ethnic art pieces set against the natural stone walls and floors creates a chic tropical ambience.
The master bedroom of this magnificent Vallarta Home takes up the entire upper floor and features a spacious seating area and luxurious bath with handmade tile Jacuzzi set below an expansive brick cupola. A rooftop "widow's watch" sunset terrace above the master suite provides a stunning 360 degrees vista. Casa Ileana has 2 guest bedrooms on the main level, a 4th bedroom on the lower level and a newly added 5th bedroom on the upper level. In this Vallarta Vacation Home, you don't have to worry about anything since you will have daily maid service; partial cook service and Resort Style All Day Poolside Drink Service.
PROPERTY POLICIES
Children are allowed. Pets are not allowed.
• Reservation policy – a reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. • Deposit - 50% due within 7 days of reservation – if not received at this time, reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please advise if you need extension. • Balance – 50% due 90 days prior to arrival • Minimum rental period – Holidays -7 nights other times 5 night min. • Cancellations – NO REFUND FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS RENTALS -cancellations made more then 90 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less 30% of the gross rental price. Cancellations made less then 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless we are able to re-rent the villa for the same dates. Then a full refund less the 30% cancellation fee will be made • Rates are subject to change without notice. All reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken. • Right to Enter - The Agent or Agent representative shall have the right to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during the term of this agreement to inspect the Premises and to undertake and perform such duties and responsibilities that they shall have as lesser of the premises under this agreement
