Unit has a bar with two verandas and a large dining area. All windows have a view of the Bay of Banderas and the old town. The unit includes a parking space in the garage and full use of the large roof top tiled patio with beautiful vistas. The unit has a new television w/cable, stereo, clock radio, gas stove and microwave.
It is a 10 minute downhill walk to Olas Altas and a 15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach.
