PVR PV will hire and supervise contractors as required for general maintenance, renovations, and emergencies on your behalf.

Maid Service - PVR PV will introduce a program for the property, in which the maids will be instructed on how to properly maintain the rental to the highest standards. Our Property Manager is fluent in English and Spanish and will work very closely in managing this process. If there is no maid service provided for the unit, PVR PV will hire, complete a contract and manage the maid for the property. PVR PV are dedicated to following all required national laws for our employees and we ensure proper wages, working contracts and all necessary taxes are paid to these maids for the protection of both the home owner(s) and employee.

Expense Reporting - PVR PV will be responsible for payment of all utilities, condominium fees, and property taxes for the unit. PVR PV provides an online expense statement to the homeowner which details the expenses and also provided with each payment is a copy of the invoice / bill for your review. To help our owners this automated system is kept up to date and can be viewed 24 hours a day.

Managing of Calendars - PVR PV will manage the calendar on behalf of the homeowners if they require that service. We strongly recommend that we be in control of your calendar to ensure a smooth problem free booking system. The calendar system is automated and accessible to the homeowners using their own password.
