As of Friday, Hurricane Beatriz was about 175 miles southeast of Manzanillo, Mexico, with maximum sustained winds of 75 miles per hour, just above the threshold of 74 mph, which makes a storm a hurricane. It is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rain to Puerto Vallarta´s coast, according to the Hurricane Center.


While we don´t expect the situation to worsen or change, we are taking all necessary precautions. Our property inspectors, maintenance team and maids are visiting properties to ensure terraces, balconies and outdoor spaces are secure. Light weight furniture, cushions and decorative item are being taken into the units and ensuring that the units doors and windows are secure for the storm.

 

Our staff is taking all due precautions and preparing for any eventuality. We will communicate with guests, regarding the status of the storm and how to contact us in the event of an emergency. We ask you, if you have guests of your own staying in your condo, to touch base with them.
