As you may know, many properties are already committed for the 2023 high season. With that, guests are now booking 2-3 years in advance. If you have your 2024 calendar blocked, now is the time to open up your dates for future bookings.

Please help us, help you by keeping your vacation rental property calendar up to date. There is nothing more upsetting for a guest to have received a confirmation and/or make a deposit towards their dream vacation to find out that the booking will not be honored by the owner. When a cancellation happens, it often leads to a broken relationship. It ends up a lose-lose situation for PVRPV and your Vacation Rental Property.
Vacation Experts spend hours, sometimes spanning over a week or more to book a unit and then when they have to re-book they often have to work again with their guest for an additional week or more.
2024 - 2025 Bookings & Dates:
Most owners have their personal bookings and rates up to date for 2024. With guests now booking well into 2025, we request that all rate changes for 2025 be sent to our property specialist by July 01, 2022. If dates are not received by that date, we will use the same dates as 2024 for all of 2025. To update your rates, please email properties@pvrpv.com

ADD A RESERVATION TO YOUR CALENDAR

Step 1 - Log into your Property Partners Dashboard

PLEASE NOTE: Once you are logged in, you are in the “Property Partners dashboard”.
Step 2 – CLICK on “PROPERTIES” on the menu on the left hand side

|
Step 3 – Once you click on the link for “Properties” your property or properties will appear in the centre of the screen.
(If you only have 1 property listed with PVRPV, you ill only see your 1 property. If you have multiple listings, select the listing you wish to make a reservation).
Step 4 – CLICK on the property you wish add a new reservation to your calendar

Step 5 – CLICK on “NEW RESERVATION”
|
|
|
Step 6 – An empty reservation form will appear.
NEW FEATURE
Choose " Personal Use" or "Owner's Guest"
Personal Use
For your own, personal use, where you do NOT require keys, or concierge service, Choose "Personal Use". PLEASE add your own name to the booking.
Owner's Guest
For a guest you are hosting in your unit Choose, "Owner's Guest". This will indicate that we will provide keys and we will offer concierge services. PLEASE make sure you provide the names of ALL the guests, and contact information. We must have an email and/or phone number for your guests.
Please Note: More and more it is becoming common practice for property administrators to require the full names of the guests staying in the unit prior to arrival. Some are now asking for date of birth to align the identification of the guest with the booking.
All owners' bookings require dates in order to compete and owners' booking

Step 7 - Travel Information. Please enter the airline, flight number and time. For some reason if your guest does NOT have this information, you will be able to into this booking at a later time and edit the booking with this information.
Step 8 - CLICK on "Confirm" when you have completed the form with the dates, guests names and information.

EDIT OR MODIFY AN OWNER RESERVATION IN YOUR CALENDAR

|
Step 1 to 4 – Same as above.
Step 5 – CLICK on “AVAILABILITY”
|
|
Step 6 – Your calendar will appear. Scroll down past the calendar to find the booking you wish to modify.
Please note: You can only modify bookings that were made by the property owner.

Step 7- CLICK on the “MODIFY RESERVATION” Icon. (the middle icon)
Please note: you can add names, change dates or any information in the form. You may find this easier than deleting a booking and restarting the process.

Step 8 – CLICK on “Confirm Reservation” once complete. (Green Button)

DELETE AN OWNER RESERVATION IN YOUR CALENDAR
|
|
|
|
If you wish to DELETE an owner booking / reservations follow the steps above. At STEP 7 - click on the “TRASH CAN” icon that indicates “delete booking”.

With today’s technology and the investment we are continually making in our “Property Owners Portal & Owners Dashboard” it has never been easier for our property owners to update their property owners calendar. Our support staff in customer service and our property management department are always available to support you should you ever have an issue to access your dashboard.
Cancellations by Owner:
In the event that a property owner cannot accept a booking the reservations / booking department staff must be notified within 24 and/or before receiving payment. If payment has been received and a property owners calendar is not up to date, or if a property owner decides to cancel a booking a 20% administration fee will be charged to the owner, not the guest. In the event that a property owner lists their property for sale, and/or has sold and a booking has to be cancelled or a guest has to be rebooked elsewhere the 20% administration fee for the booking will be the responsibility of the property owner. The 20% administration fee is in addition to the full refund of any funds the owner has previously received for the booking.
