Revised Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

IN REGARDS TO COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

···

In light of the impact on travel due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), PVRPV is monitoring the situation closely with the safety of our guests and the investment of our property owners in mind. We understand that the COVID-19 situation brings uncertainty for you and our guests, and we’d like you to know we are doing our best to have the best outcome for all.

Before making any decisions regarding cancellations & re-bookings, we review and assess local authorities’ travel recommendations and restrictions.  We are requesting all guest that wish to cancel any upcoming reservations, please communicate with PVRPV as soon as possible. We are recommending 5 days’ notice, but of course with last minute travel restrictions imposed, that is re-considered on a case by case basis.

While this is a situation that is changing constantly and beyond our control, we are making plans and preparing to manage it in the best possible manner for all.

UPDATED

PVRPV Cancellation & Rebooking Policy - March 13 2020

· · ·
On a case by case basis, guests can submit their request for a cancellation or        re-booking.  Upon review, if it is deemed necessary, we will extend a “credit note”. The credit note will be for the amount already paid towards their booking. The credit note will only be redeemable to the same property they originally booked.  The credit note value will be the same value as the original booking amount.  It will be a credit towards a new booking to be used before December 31 2020. If the new booking is at a higher rate, the credit from the original booking will be applied and the guest will pay the difference.  Any full monetary refunds will be presented to the property owners under rare or unforeseen circumstances.

We will issue Travel Credits under the following circumstances:
    · If it is deemed guests are traveling from an area greatly impacted by coronavirus
    · If travel has been restricted or deemed a risk to leave a country by a
      government agency*
    · A doctors letter indicating travel would be unsafe for the guest
    · The CDC, World Health Organization or Country specific organization deems
travel to or from an area or country unsafe

(* as indicated by the Health Canada Agency of the Canadian Government on March 13 2020)
