As some of you maybe aware, Puerto Vallarta is facing closures of every kind.  Cabarets, bars, lounges and theatres have all closed in the past weeks and restaurants facing huge restrictions in seating.  The government of Jalisco has restricted all public gatherings, cancelled all mass public events and recommended everyone practice “Safe Social Distances”. 
 
Walking the streets of old town, you would think we were in the height of low season. With over 60 guests checking out early and over 100 re-bookings for later dates, we are faced the challenges that all businesses are facing in these times.
 
In an effort to be efficient and proactive, we are working with the team to reduce their work week by 1 - 3 days depending on their position and responsibilities.
 
The good news!  Although we have been hit with unprecedented cancellation requests, our team has been able to retain over 80% of the bookings avoiding all-out cancellations or refunds.
 
In light of these changes, we will be closing the office to the public on Saturday’s until further notice. With service and guest service being our upmost priority, all guests will be made aware of the 24-Hour emergency – customer service hotline.
