In recent weeks the travel industry has seen a significant decline in new bookings / reservations.  We want to work with you our property owners to help combat the decline. We will be introducing this New Promotion. In order for this to work and generate income we need you to ensure your rates are up to date and your calendars are open for 2021 through to 2024.  We will be sending a special invitation to all our past guests to take advantage of this promotion. We will run the promotion until October 31 2020.

Moving Guest Travel Dates
Recently we have been quite successful in moving guest travel dates for March & April 2020 later into the 2020 calendar.Some exceptions have had to be made to move dates into 2021. We know that in the coming weeks, based on the current government changes in travel, we will have to start allowing date changes / moving of guest travel dates for bookings that are dated in May 2020.  Again, we will work with guests to try to move their travel later into the 2020 calendar.  In order to save some reservations from cancelation, have to be flexible to move guest dates into 2021.

Summer Hours

With the reductions of arrivals and number of Guests, we have amended our office hours.  We are open Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm.

COVID-19 Closures 

As you may be aware, the governor of Jalisco asked us to remain closed until Wednesday March 25. Today he announced an extension until March 29. At that point the state will make an assessment and advise us.  We will continue you update you as more information is made available to us.
