In response to client demand, PVRPV announces the opening of a new, second location in the famous Puerto Vallarta Marina. Founder Tim Longpre says remodeling of the existing space will commence April 1st with an estimated opening date of May 1st.  New rental listings have started and new rental opportunities will soon follow.

These days the PVRPV office is a whirlwind of guests meeting with our Vacation Experts. 

In recent years Puerto Vallarta rental inventory is even more in high demand during the months of December, January and February. 

Avid Vallarta Vacationers are booking years ahead to secure their favorite spot in the sun.  They are inquiring and requesting well into the future, including dates in 2023.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It would be greatly appreciated if you would review your current rates, which are set into 2020 & 2021. Would you like to make changes?  Reply to properties@pvrpv.com. If you would like to retain the same rates for 2023, simply reply SAME RATES or USE EXISTING RATES. If no reply is received in the next 7 days, we will use the rates that were set for the last year updated. Update your Rates by March 4th
