GOOD NEWS! Although as the season came to end with travel restrictions and closures, the next season bookings are trending up!  This may be one of the busiest fall seasons we have had.
 
With the winter/high season behind us, and COVID-19 building restrictions in play, now is the time for us to plan all the cleaning and maintenance needed in your vacation property. Some buildings are still allowing certain maintenance but only on select days while others are holding off on any non-essential entry, we will work with your Property administration for access to your unit.

We want to be ready and we want your property be ready for when the guests return.
MAINTENANCE
Preventative Maintenance is the BEST maintenance.
 
Ensuring you’re your machines are cleaned, maintained and in good working order, will save on costly replacements Upon a visitation and review of your property, we will inspect the listed appliances and AC units.  We will perform preventative maintenance.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Upholstery cleaning is the BEST insurance for your furniture.
 
Professional upholstery cleaning goes deep into the fibers of your furniture and prevents stains from forming in the fabric of your furniture. It removes odors, body oil, and dust that can permanently adhere to your upholstery without proper maintenance. By utilizing a professional upholstery cleaner, you can extend the life of your furniture and save yourself money in the long run!

FUMIGATION
Fumigation is the BEST option to prevent unwanted pests.

We will provide fumigation service against termites, mosquitoes, scorpions, ants, spiders, cockroaches and other tropical household pests. Its bug season, and we are going to get to them before they get in your property.  Liquid insecticide is sprayed to create a protective barrier for the internal and external areas of your property. We use regulated products that are not harmful to your health or the health of your guests.
$450  as part of the yearly service provided once a year or if you prefer, we can fumigate monthly for $250 each month, for the whole year, if you’re interested in a monthly fumigation, please let us know.

All prices in Mexican Pesos.
If your property requires any or all of the above maintenance, we will schedule accordingly. As the maintenance is being provided to your property, the charge will be applied to your expense account. We do realize that some buildings provide fumigation and other maintenance as part of your condo fees, and we will ensure that if the service is provided by your administrator, that we do not duplicate the service.
UPGRADES & MINI RENOVATIONS
If you were planning on any type of upgrades or work in addition to our standard maintenance, from painting, changing of light fixtures, appliances or upgrading air-conditioning, special work projects or even the adding of additional security to your home, from lamp timers to door jams now is the time to ask for a quote and our team will get the job done.
 
Help us provide you with the best service by scheduling your upgrades  during this down- time period. We want to take care of you and your needs so your place is in the best condition it can be when the next guests arrive, or if you are thinking of selling, ready for a new home owner.
