For our property owners that use IZZI as their internet and/or phone service, IZZI will have a 5% price increase for their services starting August 1 2021.
YOU COULD SAVE UP TO 16% IN TAXES
Yes, It’s true.  By applying for your RFC number, you can save 16% in your income taxes known as ISR. Not to be confused with the 16% IVA tax which is a sales tax that the guest pays on their booking.  The ISR is the income tax applied now to all property owners that rent their property for an income in Mexico.  Without out an RFC number the default amount of income tax collected by the Mexican Tax (SAT) office is 20%.

As a property owner in Mexico, it is a more simplified process to obtain temporary or permanent residency to get your RFC Number. We can help you through the step by step process of obtaining an RFC#, calculating your taxes and preparing taxes for filing.
