With the 2022/23 winter/high season behind us and what is projected to the busiest on record, upcoming winter season on the horizon, now is the time for the preventative maintenance needed in your vacation property. This is also the time for fumigation, deep cleaning, painting, air conditioning, appliance maintenance and other things your property may need tending to. We will complete the preventative maintenance in your property and can also help coordinate any additional services or repairs in your property. 

We want to be ready and we want your property be ready for when the guests return.
 
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventative Maintenance is the BEST maintenance.
 
Preventative maintenance is the least expensive way to care for your Vacation Rental Property.  Waiting for something to break or fail, causes stress for renters and for you.  When we carry out our 10-step “most important preventative maintenance program” in your unit, our team reviews, cleans and inspects the entire operation of an appliance or mechanical equipment ensuring it is in full working order.  This is to prevent more costly last minute repairs.
These are the 10-steps we will perform preventative maintenance for:

3 – Washing Machine             500pesos
4 – Dryer                                 500pesos

In addition, to the 10-step preventative maintenance program, at your request, we can also offer the following services:

· Water Tank Cleaning (per tinaco)            900pesos
· Water Heater Purge                                 550pesos
· Kitchen hood service                               500pesos

Deep cleaning is the BEST gift you can give your guests.

Also, if you think your unit needs a deep cleaning, we offer deep cleaning services that entail a more in-depth cleaning than your weekly cleaning. Fans, appliances, moving furniture, removing all items from Cupboards and cleaning, removing all items from closets and cleaning, washing walls etc.*

Upholstery cleaning is the BEST insurance for your furniture.

FUMIGATION
Fumigation is the BEST option to prevent unwanted pests.

During the preventative maintenance process, we may find the need to conduct fumigation. In this circumstance, we will take the appropriate measures to ensure fumigation is completed.
 
We will provide fumigation service against termites, mosquitoes, scorpions, ants, spiders, cockroaches and other tropical household pests. It is currently bug season in Puerto Vallarta, and our goal is to stop unwanted pests before they enter your property. We use regulated products that are not harmful to your health or the health of your guests.
If your property requires the above property maintenance, we will schedule accordingly. As the maintenance is being provided to your property, the charge will be applied to your expense account. We do realize that some buildings provide fumigation and other maintenance as part of your condo fees, and we will ensure that if the service is provided by your administrator, that we do not duplicate the service.  While performing preventative maintenance in your property on the items listed, should an appliance need further repair, parts or service, depending on the issue, we will repair or contact you if it requires more than a basic repair or part.
