As you may know, most of North America is facing what they are calling the forth wave of COVID19.  This new variant, Omicron, although to our understanding is less severe, it is highly contagious.
 
In light of this new variant of COVID19 arriving in Puerto Vallarta, and in keeping with health protocols of social distancing, we are temporarily suspending all maid / cleaning services for reservations with a duration of 7 nights. Typically, you would receive 1 cleaning during your 7-night stay.
 
For reservations with a duration of 8 nights or greater, we will continue with your maid service during your stay. However, please be advised if you wish to have your Vacation Rental Property cleaned, you will need to vacate the unit until the maid service is complete.
 
We are working diligently and collaboratively to ensure the health and well-being of our maid services team and you, our guests. Although, maids are being monitored daily with temperature checks and general health questions before being dispatched to any vacation rental property, we simply do not want to put anyone’s health at risk.
 
Our maids will continue to clean and prepare the units for your arrival. They will also clean, disinfect and sanitize upon your departure.  They greatly appreciate your support and gratuities through these difficult times.

Como sabrán, la mayor parte de América del Norte se enfrenta a lo que llaman la cuarta ola de COVID19. Esta nueva variante, Omicron, aunque a nuestro entender es menos severa, es altamente contagiosa.
 
Ante la llegada de esta nueva variante del COVID19 a Puerto Vallarta, y de acuerdo con los protocolos sanitarios de distanciamiento social, suspendemos temporalmente todos los servicios de mucama/limpieza para reservaciones con una duración de 7 noches. Por lo general, recibirá 1 limpieza durante su estadía de 7 noches.
 
Para reservas con una duración de 8 noches o más, continuaremos con su servicio de mucama durante su estadía. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que si desea que limpien su propiedad de alquiler vacacional, deberá desalojar la unidad hasta que se complete el servicio de limpieza.
 
Estamos trabajando diligentemente y en colaboración para garantizar la salud y el bienestar de nuestro equipo de servicios de limpieza y de ustedes, nuestros invitados. Aunque las mucamas son monitoreadas diariamente con controles de temperatura y preguntas generales de salud antes de ser enviadas a cualquier propiedad de alquiler vacacional, simplemente no queremos poner en riesgo la salud de nadie.
 
Nuestras mucamas continuarán limpiando y preparando las unidades para su llegada. También limpiarán, desinfectarán y desinfectarán a su salida. Aprecian mucho su apoyo y gratificaciones durante estos tiempos difíciles.
