STORM WATCH
UPDATE 5am.

This storm watch update is to clarify the current information about the pending tropical storm.  This storm NOT a Category 2 as you may have read or heard.

This storm may bring heavy rains but most likely, not much more. Heavy rains may cause some flooding in low lying areas.

We  have suggested to all guests to use caution: “Always be very cautious when you are outside at the tail end of a storm, sidewalks maybe slippery and un-noticeable when the water fills the streets.”

The power goes off periodically in Puerto Vallarta, not just during hurricane season. We have suggested to them to have candles matches, flashlight and to charge mobile devices, if there is a concern about potential loss of electricity.

We have asked guests to please ensure to keep doors to balconies, patios and terraces closed and any light weight items like seat cushions, pillows, decorations, towels etc.,  please bring them in to the unit.

Units that are not currently occupied will be monitored and we will secure things accordingly.
