Tropical Storm Hurricane - Nora
We would like to inform you that very recently, a tropical storm named Nora, is approaching from the south towards Puerto Vallarta. There is a possibility for this tropical storm to become a Category 1 Hurricane that could bring winds of 74 to 95 mph or  119 to 153 km/h.

Although at this time it does not appear to represent a major danger, we are taking the necessary precautions.

It is highly recommended that is important to maintain the windows of your terraces, balconies, outdoor spaces and doors of your unit is closed and  secure. Avoid leaving belongings on balconies, as rain and winds are forecast during Saturday night through to Sunday night.  Lighter furniture pieces, décor items and cushions, should be brought into the unit.  Some condos will require our team members to come into the unit to move some larger items into the condo.

According to the latest official statement from the authorities, the storm is forecast to be closest to Puerto Vallarta overnight from Saturday into Sunday.

We recommend that you have your portable devices (mobile phones etc) charged before the storm.  Perhaps purchase a flash light or candles incase of a power outage.

Our staff is taking all due precautions and preparing for any eventuality. Should the storm intensity change we will send out further communications to all guests.
